Silflex

PROJECT SCOPE:

American Ceramic Technology (ACT) is the manufacturer of Silflex shielding, the industry’s leading and award winning LEAD FREE, NON-TOXIC radiation shielding material.

They receive million dollar POs, but had a brochure that did not adequately represent the company’s ability to create award-winning custom non-toxic shielding products. And therefor, sales were down from their potential.

Silflex brought me on to create a brochure that would highlight the companies ability to create custom, award winning products. The cover is die-cut to create a custom feel. Rivets were used to bind the book, and help add a touch of ruggedness. This brochure was a big hit, and they had managers from major nuclear power plants asking for copies of it. Which in return, resulted in an increase in sales.

This is a perfect example that print is still a very viable means of marketing, but the piece needs to be unique enough to separate yourself from the competition.
